Absolutely NO PARTIES and NO EVENTS whatsoever. Parties will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund.
No guests who are not included in the reservation. Additional guests not included in the reservation will be an extra $100 each.
No smoking of any kind. We have smart smoke detectors that detect smoking in the property. Smoking in the property will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund.
Please place the remote for the gate on the kitchen counter.
Please place the remote for the living room on the coffee table, and please place the tv remotes for the bedrooms on the nightstands.
Please place any used linens/towels on the laundry room floor.
Please turn the fire pit and grill off after use.
Please take your trash out to the large trash cans outside.
Please load the dishes in the dishwasher.
Please turn the lights off on your way out.
Please make sure all doors are locked on your way out.
